Barbary Coast assisted Seven Hills Properties during their efforts to secure entitlements for a residential over ground floor retail project. The project was located in the Mission District of San Francisco and aimed to anchor a prominent corner in the city. In order to receive the approvals necessary for the project to move forward, Barbary Coast designed and implemented a neighborhood outreach plan and interacted with the media on behalf of Seven Hills. During this time, Barbary Coast also assisted in lobbying efforts at the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors. In 2007, Seven Hills was granted approval from the City to build their project, and the units are expected to go on sale in the Spring of 2010.
