Barbary Coast was engaged by this San Francisco signage company when a legislative initiative threatened to jeopardize their business model.  Working quickly, at the eleventh hour, Barbary Coast developed and executed a communications and lobbying strategy that educated key legislators on the consequences of their seemingly innocuous new regulations, and offered a win-win legislative solution that protected our client and gave the legislator a victory.  The compromise legislation was introduced, passed, and the danger was averted.
