Rincon Hill

Seeking to build related condo projects in San Francisco’s Rincon Hill neighborhood, several developers hire Barbary Coast to join their project team. Working with the project sponsors and the greater consultant team, Barbary Coast works to illustrate the myriad community benefits the development will provide, to recruit community advocates who will speak out in favor of the project, and to convince regulators and elected officials of the positive reasons to allow the condos to be built. After a complex and protracted political battle, the projects are approved.
