Laguna Honda Hospital

Barbary Coast Consulting is currently working with Lumetra Healthcare Solutions and B&F Consulting to provide strategic communications to San Francisco’s Laguna Honda Hospital as it undergoes a comprehensive organizational effectiveness study and works to implement the resulting recommendations.  Barbary Coast is responsible for communicating the details of this project to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, including Laguna Honda staff and residents, community groups, and key local officials.  In this capacity, Barbary Coast Consulting also works closely with the City of San Francisco Office of the Controller to ensure that this project meets the City’s long term goals of providing the best health care possible.
