YMCA

The YMCA of San Francisco hired Barbary Coast to assist them with messaging, outreach, and government affairs regarding expansion projects for two of their branches, Chinatown and the Shih Yu-Lang Central.  Barbary Coast held key meeting with City Hall decision makers and offered strategic support to the YMCA team as it moved forward through the approvals process for the two branches.  In addition, Barbary Coast staff provided advice to the YMCA executive team as the organization dealt with impending budgetary cuts from the city.
