Sports Basement

When local sports retailer, Sports Basement, wanted to move into a new location in San Francisco, they ran into zoning, historical, and community support issues with the recently purchased building. Barbary Coast was brought on board to assist in assembling the variety of charities and sports groups they worked with, and worked to find a solution to the historical problem. Diligent research showed how the building could be modified and used for new business. Before our date in front of the Planning Commission, we amassed a large group of supporters and charities that wholly supported the work of Sports Basement, and the project was approved.
