Beacon Capital Partners

Beacon Capital Partners hired Barbary Coast to assist with winning approvals at an appeal hearing before the San Francisco Board of Supervisors.  The project, at 120 Howard Street, required Barbary Coast to reach out to City Hall decision makers in order to stave off an appeal by a nearby building owner.  Barbary Coast was successful in assisting our client gain final approvals.
